My entry into our work bake off for
National Wear A Tea Cozy On Your Head Day (NWATCOYHD) inspired by the Antonio Marras SS14 collection.
Recommended by locals as the vintage store in the area to visit, Breuer & Dawson is set away from the main commercial high street on quiet cobbled Kings Street area. Inside it felt like I had stepped back in time to wartime Britain with red, white and blue bunting and flats loosing strung up around the interior.
This Christmas I customised some bobble hats for my friend and sister. The Hats were bought from River Island and I added a rabbit fur pom-pom to the top of each. Both Hats got a special ‘hand finished’ tag.
Hats from River Island and pom-poms from Barnett and Lawson Trimmings
Winter inspiration for the coming few weeks… fingers crossed for a white Christmas.
Get your sparkles on ready for the festive season…

I dashed into Oxford circus yesterday morning to get some shoes and a warm cardi/ jumper before the lunchtime Saturday rush and managed to come up trumps! I’m not sure when the weather got cold or when all my shoes seemed to have fallen apart but it was definitely about time I got some new ones! I needed Ugg replacement warm flat boots and some ballet pumps to wear in and around the office…(along with maybe a treat or too…the gold dress was so sparkley!) So here’s what I bought…
